Legacy Discount

This discount can be applied to policyholders who are the 2nd (or more) generation of their family to currently carry CFM Insurance for their property. This discount may also be applied to the parents' policy as well.

Traditions Discount

Does farming run in your family? If so, you can save money on your CFM Farm Policy. Thank you for keeping your family farm alive and well for the next generation. This discount can be applied when a policyholder is a 2nd (or more) generation farmer.

Education/Public Safety Discount

Your commitment in the classroom and as a public servant - whether active or retired - doesn't go unnoticed. Save money on your CFM policy as a token of our gratitude for your dedication. This discount can be applied to any policyholder who is currently working as [or is] a retired teacher, policeman, fireman, paramedic, first responder, and/or EMT.

Millennial Discount

We know that when it comes to shopping, millennials love a good discount. Save money on your CFM policy just for being the young, hip/cool property-owner you are. This discount can be applied to any policyholder who is 18-35 years old.

Senior-Citizen Discount

You've taken great pride in your property for decades. Make sure you get rewarded for it on your CFM Policy. This discount will be applied to any policyholder who is 62 years or older.

Multi-Policy Discount (Auto/Home)

It's all in the family - when you bundle your home and auto with CFM, you'll see exclusive savings on your policy.

Masonry Discount

Is the majority of your home's exterior made of masonry or masonry veneer (brick or stone)? Score! Your CFM agent will then add this discount to your policy during the quoting process. 

Central Fire and/or Burglary Alarm System Discount

This discount can be applied to owner-occupied policies that have additional protection against covered perils like fire and theft through a home security system. Just show your CFM agent an invoice containing a description of the device installed, the name of its manufacturer, and the name of the responding fire department in your area. 

Internet Connected Monitoring Device Discount

At CFM, we reward safety-savvy homeowners. With a qualifying internet-connected monitoring device like those from our partner, Roost, qualify for a discount on their CFM policy. Even if you don't have Roost, let your agent know of the other branded device you're using in your home to keep it safe, and they'll apply it to your CFM policy. 

Claim-Free Discount

Policyholders who have had three years of claim free history with CFM will qualify for this discount. An even greater percentage will be discounted from the policy after five years of claim free history.
